Shipping
We ship all items USPS Priority Mail with Registered and Insured options.
Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from this website, please return it.
- Returns must be made within 7-10 days of receiving the item.
- All custom orders and changes are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same state as it was shipped to the buyer.
- For a credit card purchase to be re-credited to the card, the item must be returned and received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase (in accordance with PayPal merchant agreement rules).
- You do not need to justify or explain a return of merchandise.
- Shipping and insurance costs involved in the original purchase are not refundable.
- Please send us an email alerting us to watch out for your return.
- Please pack the item carefully. It was packed very carefully to ship to you because one-of-a-kind items cannot be replaced by insurance money. We cannot re-credit an item that arrives to us from you damaged in transit.
- Do not bend or “re-size” a bracelet until you’ve determined that you wish to keep it. Do not alter the finish of jewelry through polishing or oxidation until you’ve determined that you wish to keep it.
